Health Department Change In Service

Whatcom County Government is committed to reducing the threat of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and caring for the health and well-being of our employees, customers and our communities. In response to the public health concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, all  Whatcom County Health Department facilities are closed until further notice, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Please be aware that the Whatcom County Health Department is open for business, although our lobbies at 509 Girard Street and 1500 N. State Street are closed. We will continue to provide most services and staff will be available to assist customers and the public via telephone and email. Please note that there may be delays in service levels during this time.
