Provides $3 coupons (outside Seattle) to shoppers who are paying with their Basic Food benefits card and their Safeway Club Card and who purchase at least $10 worth of fruits and vegetables. Seattle Safeway stores issue a $5 coupon for qualifying purchase. Coupons must also be spent on fruits and vegetables. One coupon can be earned per transaction, but there are no daily limits on coupons. Coupons expire one month from the date the coupon is printed. The exact expiration date will be printed on the coupon.
