Provides access to both VA and community services. Services for former US Military Service members/Veterans may include short term case management, one site primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, access to VA housing programs including Grant Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veterna Families (SSVF) if found eligible, These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one time assistance and may include case management. Help is provided finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Assistance provided with expediting VA Benefit claims, access to employment programs such as Supported Employment, Veterans Reintigration program and State employment. Access to on site clothing, computers, and hygiene items.
