Farmers Market shoppers will cash in their SNAP benefits for “tokens” worth double amount. Participating Neighborhood Grocers (other than Safeway) and Farm Stands will offer a 50% discount on qualifying fruits and vegetables paid for with EBT. There can be no crossover of Fresh Bucks currency between farmer’s markets/neighborhood grocers and Safeway stores.
