Residential program offering mental health, trauma, and substance use recovery services for adolescents. Programming is centered around building skills in emotional regulation, resiliency, conflict resolution, and communication, with a framework of intentional healing relationships as a strategy for long-term recovery. Team consists of clinicians, psychiatrists, group counselors, wellness counselors, and nursing staff. This is a 23-bed residential program, with an average length of stay of 21 days. Madrona provides services through a trauma-informed lens and staff are trained in nonviolent crisis intervention and resiliency-informed practices.
