
Provides intake services for a tuition-free residential training and education program located in Sedro Wooley that connects low-income students with the skills and educational opportunities needed to establish a career in health care or information technology.
Students will be able to earn their high school diploma or an equivalent as well as take college-level classes.
Health care track offers credentials in
– Medical Sciences/Medical Administrative Specialist
– Pre-Nursing/Certified Medical Assistant
Information Technology track offers credentials in
– Computer Applications Support Technician
– Game and Web Development
– Network Technician
Students will also take life skills classes such as conflict resolution, money management and job seeking skills.
Program lasts approximately three years.
