Who We Are

Southeast Youth & Family Services (SEYFS) is a non-profit social service agency.  Southeast Youth and Family Services mission is to assist children, youth and families in King County in achieving safe, stable and sustainable lives.  We achieve our mission by providing counseling, educational, social and life skills programs for children, youth and their families.  Located in southeast Seattle, we serve people from all racial and ethnic backgrounds and various income levels, the majority of families being low-income, people of color.

SEYFS programs are funded through support from the government, foundations, corporations and individuals. The agency continues to seek additional financial support from the community in order to sustain our programs and services.

Welcome to SEYFS.  This is a great agency, a great place to work and to receive services. The staff is skilled, committed and caring. What I like most about the work being done here is that I can see the changes being made in the children and families being served. I live in southeast Seattle. This is my community, and I want to live in the best and strongest community I can. That’s why the work we do is so important to me. I hope our work is important to you as well.
