Experience Works is an employment program that provides paid community service training opportunities for unemployed workers age 55 and older to prepare for unsubsidized employment. Services include public, nonprofit, and private sector paid work experience training; classroom instruction in computer skills; job placement assistance; and retention services after employment. Experience Works has local offices in 16 counties across Oregon.
