The checklist helps keep track of the condition of the unit before you moved into it.<\/li>\n<li>Take photos of the unit before you move-in as a reference for how the unit should look at move-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Set up accounts for utilities\n<ul>\n<li>Energy<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<li>Internet (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Set up online payment for monthly rent<\/li>\n<li>Move into the unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Move-out Information&#8221; style=&#8221;rounded_outline&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give 20-day notice\n<ul>\n<li>Once you\u2019re lease agreement term is completed you are required to provide 20-day notice to your property manager to notify them that you plan on moving out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Unit\u2019s Condition\n<ul>\n<li>Review the Move-In Checklist you filled out at move-in. (If you need a copy request one from your manager)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Move Out and Clean Unit\n<ul>\n<li>Once you\u2019re moved out of the unit, take time to clean. Understand you may be charged for any damages that occur in the unit beyond \u201cnormal wear and tear\u201d.\n<ul>\n<li>Normal Wear and Tear- includes any deterioration that occurs under\u00a0<em>normal conditions and under normal use<\/em>.
