The Al Bedoo Shriners support the regional Shriners Hospital for Children, located in Spokane, Washington, by raising money each year to help fund its operations regardless of the ability to pay. Referrals are made to the Shriners hospitals for birth defects, orthopedic issues, spinal cord defects or injuries, burn injuries, cleft palate and other medical disorders for children from birth to 18 years of age.
