Provides training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Disabilities include physical limitations, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
In addition to employment opportunities, a paid janitorial training program is also available.

Manages a portfolio of HUD-subsidized and non-subsidized affordable properties. Relay Resources works with Section 8 vouchers, RASP, DV grants, Ready-to-Rent, Fresh Start, and other assistance programs. Some housing resources have waitlists and others are available on a first come, first served basis but are dependent upon availability. Relay Resources gives its employees preference on housing waitlists. Majority located in Portland, with one property in Milwaukie, one in Albany, and one in The Dalles.
