PATIENT ADVOCATE FOUNDATION

The Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) provides direct financial assistance for specific diseases/diagnoses to financially and medically qualified patients for co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles required by a patient’s insurer for pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medications prescribed to treat and/or manage their disease. CPR does not make payments for pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medications relative to the patient’s diagnosis that are not covered at all by the patient’s health insurance.
