PIC helps people break through barriers and lead independent lives, this often means addressing a lifetime of poverty. In all cases, we meet people as individuals we are here to serve within the context of a community we are all a part of. We are proud to serve low-income parents who want to build new lives for themselves and for their children, refugees, immigrants, seniors, veterans and young people just getting started.
