All housing applications for LIHI properties are handled by the staff at the individual properties, and all inquiries should be made to them.  There is no centralized list or application process.

LIHI Vacancies:  Click to view rentals available right now.  Most of these rentals have a fixed rent amount.
If there is a property you are interested in that doesn’t have a current vacancy listed, please call the onsite office of that property for vacancy info:  List of Properties

LIHI Wait Lists:  Click to view LIHI properties that keep waiting lists.  Waiting list units are all rentals where rent is 30% of your household’s monthly income.

Coordinated Entry registration for homeless persons at Downtown Urban Rest Stop:  The Downtown Urban Rest Stop at 1924 9th Ave (206-332-0110) offers registration for King County’s Coordinate Entry  on Tuesdays and Thursday from 9am to noon.
