Program Summary:
- Senior Affordable: Low to moderate income elderly (55+) pay a flat rent that is less than market rent. Eligible households may use a Housing Choice Voucher to help pay rent at specific properties.
- Senior Subsidized: Low income elderly (55+ or 62+), some properties allow those with disabilities, pay 30% of their income for rent.
