The ECC is a local Best Beginnings Community Council. The group is collaborative effort between providers, advocates, businesses, parents and professionals dedicated to growing and improving support and services for Helena area families who are expecting or have young children ages 0-8 years. This coalition is invested in assuring that our youngest community members have access to quality and affordable early care and early learning opportunities
