Children First for Oregon (CFFO) is a nonprofit, non-partisan child advocacy organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and their families. They provide a resource center for current and former foster youth. CFFO’s goals include ensuring all children have health insurance and access to quality, comprehensive health care; improving the experience of all children in the child welfare system; and improving the lives of all children living in poverty.
