CTI provides employment and training services to clients in multiple programs. This includes case management, assistance with supportive services, job search (resume and cover letters, interview skills, etc.) computer and soft skills classes, and help with barrier reduction (housing, transportation, child care, etc.)   There is a general orientation every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. An overview of all programs is provided followed by one on one with a case manager.

This community organization is certified Military Strong and Veteran-ready by the Psych Armor Institute and the Lewis and Clark Suicide Prevention Coalition.  At least 50 percent of staff completed training to better understand and support members of the military, veterans and their families.
