We are located at 22125 17th Avenue SE (Suite 111) Bothell, WA 98021 – just across the south parking lot from the church and around the corner towards the greenbelt.

Food Bank Client Application Process:

To apply as a new client of the CHCC Food Bank, please call Cheryl Smith before you fill anything out to verify you are in our boundaries, then if you are within our boundaries, fill out the Food Bank Client Application and collect additional documents (see application). Applications and all required documentation can be dropped off at the Outreach Desk between 8:30a.m. and 4:30p.m. Monday through Thursday. After the application has been reviewed, the applicant will be contacted by phone and made aware of whether their application has been accepted or denied.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing to allow time to shop in the Food Bank.
