Assesses abuse, neglect and exploitation of disabled adults age 18+, and elderly (60+) or investigate any abuse of adults. Provides general information regarding resources that may be available in the community to assist at risk elderly and adults who have disabilities. Abuse/neglect is identified as physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, financial/material exploitation, physical neglect and self neglect.
