New patients are screened on a first-come, first-served basis during our patient screening sessions which take place on Saturday mornings at:
Redemption Fellowship 15880 Military Road S, in Tukwila (not a valid mailing address)
We are usually open 2 Saturdays per month (depending on doctor availability). We screen 8:30 to 10:00 AM (first-come, first-served) for medical appointment openings each Saturday that we are open.

If you do not speak fluent English,please bring someone with you that does, as we cannot guarantee an interpreter will be available.Bring ID (so we can verify date of birth and spelling of name) and proof of income (food stamp letter, 1-2 months of pay stubs, or copy of most recent tax return for example) in case you need to be referred for xray or specialty care. New Hope provides General Adult Physical Exams as well as:
